Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with ComplyTrack, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial paid subscription purchase. No questions asked.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

After the initial 14-day window, monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

3. Annual Subscriptions

For annual plans, after the initial 14-day window we offer a prorated refund of unused full months upon written request, less any applicable discount you received for choosing annual billing.

4. Renewals

Subscription renewals are not eligible for refund except where required by law. We send a renewal reminder before each annual renewal so you can cancel in time if you no longer wish to continue.

5. Free Trials

If your plan includes a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel during the trial without any charge.

6. Exceptions

Refunds may be denied where there is evidence of fraud, abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated refunds), or violation of our Terms of Service.

7. How to Request a Refund

Email billing@complyandtrack.life from the address associated with your account, including your account email and order/invoice reference. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

8. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law (e.g., EU/UK distance-selling rights).
